We are delighted to announce the addition of Oded Handler to the coaching staff of Hapoel HaEmek – Gilboa Galil Afula!

Handler, who served as assistant coach at Galil Elyon over the past two seasons and before that was assistant coach at Hapoel Afula, will be the club's assistant coach.

Oded Handler: "I'm happy and excited to join the Hapoel HaEmek family. I see it as a great honour to join one of the biggest clubs in the league today and to join a very high-quality coaching staff. I'd like to thank everyone for the faith they've shown in me and I can't wait for the season to start!"

Yonatan Alon, the general manager: "The first thing that was important for me to do was to strengthen the coaching and physiotherapy staff. Oded, who has worked in Israeli basketball for many years, brings a wealth of experience with him and I'm sure he will be a significant part of the club."
