The Club
Hapoel HaEmek represents regions and operates as one of the most unique sports organisations in Israel.
As a non-profit, the mission extends far beyond basketball by connecting the communities of Afula, Gilboa, Emek HaMaayanot, Beit Shean, Nof HaGalil and the wider Valley.
Competing at the highest level of Israeli basketball in the Winner Premier League, the team are the core of youth programmes, community projects and innovation.
With one of the broadest community footprints in Israeli sport, the team can drive real impact and engagement.
Its home at Gan Ner Sports Hall sees a lot of families interact with the team on a weekly basis, with the core being almost 2,000 youth players who all have access to the team’s facilities.
Our mission is to unite our community through success on the court and off it through innovation, business and sustainable projects.
To become Israel’s leading example of how a sports organisation can create value for its fans, its partners, its community and its region.
Because Hapoel HaEmek is more than a basketball club. It is a platform where sport connects people, industry and opportunity.
