Assistant coach Golan Yablonovsky extends his contract with Hapoel HaEmek – Gilboa Galil Afula by a further three seasons

Assistant coach Golan Yablonovsky has extended his contract with Hapoel HaEmek – Gilboa Galil Afula by a further three seasons!

Golan, who arrived along with head coach Sharon Avrahami in the 2024-25 season, will continue to be a significant part of the club's coaching staff.

Golan Yablonovsky: "Hapoel HaEmek has become a home for me. When you find a place that you contribute to and that contributes to you, you know you're in the right place. With the management, the coaching staff, the squad we're building and the fans, I'm sure it's going to be an interesting and exciting season. Come on HaEmek!"

Head coach Sharon Avrahami: "For me Golan is more than an assistant coach, and I'm very pleased that he is continuing with me and with the rest of the staff for a third season at the club — that's not something I take for granted. Golan is a very dominant figure within the staff and an excellent professional who helps us lead the setup. I welcome the continuity and I think we'll have a very good staff."
